
Comrade Bunmi Ojo, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti state has been killed.
The former Special Assistant to former Governor Segun Oni was shot on Friday night by unidentified gunmen.
He is reported to have been shot around a football viewing center in Ado Ekiti, the state capital.
The death of Ojo has attracted comments in the social media with Adebayo Adebolu tweeting: “The way politicians and their urchins snuff the life out of souls in Ekiti is way too bad. These killings must stop. Ekiti lost a vibrant comrade.’’
